Therefore, we start with what is already there. A Complete Comfort Retrofit begins with a Home Comfort Coaching Session where we interview YOU! We want YOUR expertise! It is your home and you are the most important sensor. We use your story as a basis to form a hypothesis on where the opportunities for comfort improvement are.

The Complete Comfort Retrofit process continues with Testing for Combustion-Safe Equipment, Draft Control (air leakage), Comfort Delivery Systems (ductwork), Thermal Imaging as well as gathering data about moisture. This establishes a baseline for what we are working with. We then provide you real numbers from our testing, along with a framework for understanding them. This framework will serve as a guide throughout your project(s) as well as a living documentation as improvements are made.

Using what you have told us about your experience with your home and more importantly, where you wish to make improvements, as well as the data from the testing we conduct, we outline the full scope of work and begin the process of either working with your selected designers and contractors, or introducing you to ours. Either way, we work as in integrated team to deliver value and comfort like you have probably never experienced before. We schedule the work. We help you make choices along the way. As the various designers and trades people finish with their respective parts, we verify performance of their systems, and again at the conclusion of the project that everything works in concert with your comfort in mind.
